The X-POLE X-FLY PRO is a suspended pole specifically designed for Flying Pole practice. It allows combining Pole Dance movements with spins, swings, transitions, and elements typical of aerial disciplines.
Unlike a traditional pole installed between the floor and the ceiling, the X-FLY is suspended from a suitable structural anchor point using aerial rigging equipment.
Its modular construction facilitates disassembly, transport, and storage. The PRO version includes an additional 400 mm extension for working with two different lengths.

What else do you need besides the X-FLY?
The X-FLY is the pole, but it does not constitute a complete aerial installation on its own. The necessary material will depend on the height, structure, and type of assembly.
Must be suitable for dynamic aerial loads and installed or validated by a competent professional.
Allows adjusting the distance between the structural point and the pole according to the available height.
Carabiners and other connection elements specifically suitable for aerial use.
The swivel allows the assembly to rotate, reducing torsion on the sling and the rest of the system.

Safety and aerial installation
The X-FLY must not be hung from a ceiling, beam, hook, tree, structure, or support whose capacity has not been checked.
The anchor point and all elements of the system must be appropriate for aerial use and for the dynamic loads generated during spins, swings, drops, and acrobatic movements.
The strength of the system does not depend solely on the pole. It also depends on the structural point, the installation, the sling, the connectors, the swivel, and the correct use of all components.
We recommend that assembly be carried out or supervised by a professional with knowledge of aerial rigging. An appropriate mat should be used and training done with qualified instructors.

Frequently asked questions about the X-FLY
Is the X-FLY a normal Pole Dance pole?
No. It is a suspended aerial pole. It is not installed by pressure between the floor and the ceiling like an XPERT, nor does it have a base permanently resting on the ground.
Does the X-FLY spin?
It can be used in a spinning configuration by adding an appropriate aerial swivel to the rigging system. The swivel is not included.
Does it include the anchor point?
No. The structural point, ceiling support, plate, truss, or system from which the pole is suspended must be purchased and installed separately.
Does it include carabiners and a sling?
No. The sling, carabiners, swivel, and other connection elements necessary to complete the assembly are not included.
Does it include the 400 mm extension?
Yes. The X-FLY PRO version includes an additional 400 mm extension.
What is its length?
Approximately 2410 mm in standard configuration and 2810 mm when the included 400 mm extension is added.
What is the diameter of the pole?
The X-FLY is sold with a 45 mm diameter.
What finish does it have?
This version uses a high-grip black silicone coating.
Can it be used with minimal clothing?
Silicone offers a very high grip and is usually used especially with clothing. Prolonged direct skin contact can generate intense friction.
Can it be installed on a truss structure?
Only if the structure, suspension point, and all elements have been calculated and approved for dynamic aerial loads.
Can it be installed in a home?
Only when there is a suitable structural point for aerial use and the installation has been verified by a competent professional. It should not be directly attached to a false ceiling or a decorative surface.
Can it be hung from a beam?
Only when the beam and the fastening system have been assessed as suitable for the dynamic loads generated during training.
Can it be used outdoors?
Only in a safe and controlled installation. Rain, humidity, dirt, uneven surfaces, wind, and anchors whose strength is not verified should be avoided.
Is the carrying bag included?
Yes. The X-FLY includes a bag to transport and store the different sections.
Is it suitable for beginners?
Flying Pole is a specialized aerial discipline. A beginner must learn with qualified instructors, adapted progressions, a safety mat, and a professional installation.
