Shipping policy

When will my order be processed?

Most orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Rubí, Barcelona, Spain.  The availability, estimated time and shipping method are indicated in each product description, as we work with different brands and suppliers, and these may be affected by the availability of any product you are purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact us before making your purchase. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays, public holidays and sale periods. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 days from the order date and will normally be shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please normally allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed. Depending on the product, the estimated time is indicated in each description according to stock, supplier and/or item. After that, delivery in Spain (mainland) may take between 3 and 30 business days. For the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands, please consult us. For international orders (depending on the location), please also consult us.

Which courier company do we use?

We generally use several courier companies at national level, depending on the type of order, volume and combination of items. For "FREE" shipping, Punto Pack transport is usually used, with an approximate delivery time of 2 to 5 business days. Please contact us if you would like to know the delivery time before placing any order. FREE SHIPPING means that shipping costs are included in the product price in each collection and, in the event of a refund or return, these shipping costs are non-refundable.  For example: PLEASER between €6 and €9, X-POLE between €40 and €200, Bandurska Design: €13, Aerial Hoop Pro Kit: €40 and €65 for larger sizes. 

Transport Conditions

In our store, most shipments are made with GLS, but we also work with UPS, FEDEX and other companies depending on the location, type of goods and destination. GLS has a 96% delivery compliance rate, so in most cases parcels arrive on time or even before the EDD, which is an estimate and not an exact delivery guarantee.

Delays may occur for various reasons, such as irregular shipments, human error or service variations, and may result in delays of 24 hours or more. Although this possibility exists, most deliveries are completed without problems and within the estimated timeframe.

For this reason, in our store we ship our in-stock items with shipping starting from €4.95. Standard shipments usually arrive within 24 to 72 hours. We also offer Business services of 24 to 48 hours and an Express service of 24 business hours, always subject to the conditions explained above in order to manage expectations and avoid misunderstandings with recipients.
