Pole Dance Pole
X-POLE XPERT 40 mm or 45 mm
The classic X-POLE with static and spinning modes, pressure-mounted installation, and a removable setup for home training.
The classic X-POLE for home training
The X-POLE XPERT NXN is a removable and adjustable Pole Dance pole that includes both static and spinning modes.
It is installed by pressure between the floor and the ceiling, without the need for drilling, screws, or permanent fixtures in a suitable standard installation.
The NXN generation incorporates the compact top dome and top insert of the XPERT PRO, maintaining the classic mechanism for switching between static and spinning using screws and an Allen key.
Static and spinning on the same pole
The XPERT allows training in both static and spinning modes. To change modes, use the screws located at the bottom of the pole and the included Allen key.
It is an especially interesting option for those who want both training modes and prefer the classic and more economical X-POLE version.
Why choose the X-POLE XPERT
Static and spinning
Two training modes on the same pole.
Pressure-mounted installation
No drilling required in a suitable standard installation.
Removable
Can be disassembled for storage, transport, or reinstallation.
Compact dome
The NXN version incorporates the sleek top dome of the PRO.
How do static and spinning modes work?
The pole remains fixed
To use it in static mode, the two lower screws must be correctly aligned and tightened over the flat areas of the base shaft.
The pole spins on its own axis
To switch to spinning mode, loosen the two static screws with the Allen key, without removing them completely.
XPERT or XPERT PRO: which one to choose?
Both have static and spinning modes. The main difference is how you switch between them.
X-POLE XPERT
- Static mode.
- Spinning mode.
- Pressure-mounted installation.
- Switching via screws and Allen key.
- More economical alternative.
X-POLE XPERT PRO PX
- Static mode.
- Spinning mode.
- Pressure-mounted installation.
- X-LOCK system without tools.
- Faster switching between both modes.
Important: the main difference is not stability. The XPERT PRO adds the convenience of the X-LOCK system, while the XPERT uses the classic system with an Allen key.
40 mm or 45 mm?
Thinner diameter
Can be especially comfortable for people with small hands, youngsters, or those who prefer a tighter grip around the pole.

See caseSecure installation
The XPERT must be installed completely vertically, between a firm floor and a suitable structural area of the ceiling.
It should not be supported only against a false ceiling, plasterboard, decorative panels, or fragile surfaces without a beam, joist, or sturdy structure behind them.
X-POLE recommends that the first installation be done by two people. Before each use, the tension, verticality, X-Joints, and static system screws should be checked.
Who do we recommend the XPERT for?
We recommend it for people looking for a removable X-POLE, with static and spinning modes, and who do not need to constantly change modes during each training session.
It is a more economical alternative to the XPERT PRO and maintains the same philosophy of pressure-mounted installation, height adaptability, and X-POLE manufacturing quality.
The XPERT NXN is indicated by the manufacturer for home use. For intensive commercial installations in academies, gyms, or studios, consult VIVE POLE to consider a professional pole with permanent mounting.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the XPERT require holes in the ceiling?
Not in its standard configuration. It is installed by pressure between the floor and a suitable structural area of the ceiling. Permanent mounts do require structural fixing.
Does it include static and spinning mode?
Yes. The XPERT incorporates both modes. The change is made using the screws at the bottom and the Allen key.
What is the difference between XPERT and XPERT PRO?
Both include static and spinning modes. The XPERT changes via screws and an Allen key, while the XPERT PRO uses the tool-free X-LOCK system.
Is the XPERT PRO more stable than the XPERT?
Not necessarily. The main difference is the convenience of the PRO's X-LOCK system, not an automatic increase in stability.
How much does the XPERT weigh?
X-POLE does not currently publish a total weight for the XPERT NXN set. The weight may vary depending on the diameter, finish, and configuration.
What extensions are included?
The standard kit includes a 125 mm extension and a 250 mm extension. 500, 750, and 1000 mm extensions are purchased separately.
Which diameter should I choose?
The 45 mm diameter is the usual standard. The 40 mm diameter may be more comfortable for small hands or for those who prefer a thinner pole.
Can it be installed on a slanted ceiling?
Yes, using the X-POLE Vaulted Ball Mount and the corresponding compatible top insert.
Can it be installed over carpet?
Yes, but the carpet may compress when the pole is tightened. This should be taken into account when measuring and rechecking the tension after initial installation.
How do I know which extension I need?
Measure the exact distance between the floor and the ceiling at the installation point. If it exceeds 2785 mm, select a compatible extension or consult with VIVE POLE.
Does it include a carrying case?
No. The XPERT / XPERT PRO case is sold separately.
Important before buying
Measure the exact height from the floor to the ceiling at the point where you will install the pole.
This measurement allows you to confirm the correct configuration, determine if you need an additional extension, and avoid buying an incompatible part.
