• The X-POLE warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase and is exclusive to the original purchaser. Defects must be reported in writing, and the merchandise cannot be returned without consent. X-POLE may repair or replace defective products free of charge, or refund the price if repair is impractical. However, the warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, or products from other manufacturers. This warranty does not affect the purchaser's statutory rights.
