X-POLE Warranty

The manufacturer's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from the date of purchase, for the original purchaser. Defects must be reported in writing, and the merchandise cannot be returned without prior consent. X-POLE will repair or replace the product free of charge, or refund the purchase price if repair is not feasible. This warranty does not cover misuse, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, or products from other manufacturers. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Important before buying

Measure from the floor to the ceiling where you will install the bar. With that measurement, we can confirm if you need extensions and the most suitable diameter (40 mm for small hands/extra grip; 45 mm standard studio size).

¿Qué modelo X-POLE elegir para casa (Sport, XPERT, X-Stage)?

Para techo fijo: XPERT (estática/spinning) o Sport (estática); si no quieres taladrar o tienes techo de pladur o actúas en exteriores, X-Stage (con escenario).

¿Qué diámetro X-POLE es mejor (40 o 45 mm)?

45 mm es el estándar y el más estable; 40 mm va bien para manos pequeñas o técnica fina.

¿Qué acabado X-POLE agarra más (cromo, inox, latón, powder, silicona)?

Latón = agarre alto; cromo = medio (clásico); acero inoxidable = suave y muy duradero; powder/silicona = agarre máximo. Consulta las diferencias de acabados X-POLE.

¿Qué altura de techo cubren y cómo se ajustan las X-POLE?
